Alage Agricultural TVT College is found on the south of Ethiopia 217 Km away from Addis Ababa, with total area of 2,948 hectares. It provides training on agricultural fields practically with 70/30 basics in six different departments: Animal Science, Animal Health, Plant Science, Natural Resource Development, Irrigation and Mechanization. Our College owned excellent practical training farms such as dairy farm with its dairy product processing plant, fattening, swine, poultry, agroforestry, sheep and goat, fish, apiculture, vermicomposting, fruit and vegetable, field crops, mechanization, irrigation schemes, forage, laboratories and sericulture and veterinary clinic that are the peculiar features of the campus to support practical teaching and learning process.

Our Plan Boldly: "Becoming a Model/Influential Training & Entrepreneurial Institution in the Country'' that provides Holistic service.

With the aim of becoming Influential Training and Entrepreneurial Institution, the college is currently making great efforts to improve the fields of trainings it offers and to be the most influential agricultural and vocational training program. It is striving more than ever before by employing better strategies for scaling up the skills, knowledge and attitude of trainees, enterprise development, improving engagement with community members and advocating for new ways of utilizing technology transfer with strong monitoring and evaluation of every aspects. Via all thus journey, it is continuing to provide employment opportunities for jobless youth and supporting small business holders to ensure an all rounded benefit for the whole community. Whole college community and academic staff are committed to contributing to national economy and cultivating noble values in diversity with the goal of producing committed, highly disciplined and skilled trainees and excellence on enterprise development.
